its a massage with pressure points all around the key line muscles. This can be very hard pressure as you prefer as I can use thumbs,elbows and knees depending of how hard you would like the pressure to be. This massage is usually without oil. You would wear pyjamas that I provide for you. I can also do some stretching positions if you don't need it just ask.
